Part 1 - Following the route through Grid Squares with a couple of LWR's to catch you out.

Part 2 - A diagram of all the Grid Squares necessary for this section with the numbers defining the order to use them. A few difficult to spot W>Y changes and a white loop round a house near the finish were the only tricky bits.

RC3 - The LWR in 2108 was too close (30m over 600m) so I've allowed 2 answers for this one.
