Use the tulips in the order listed. Unfortunately the letters have fallen off the tulips so you need to work them out for yourself!

Part 1
Nothing complicated in the route plotting. Technically the TC2 junction is a NTR.
RC2 - The partial symbol in 1004 was clear enough and could be confirmed as a T on the display map.
The T at TC2 was not used to define its location so had to be counted too.
Part 2
A couple of errors on my part here, a missing tulip between 4 and 5 and nos 9 and 31 were NTR's so should not have been included. However the high scores indicate that most coped with this.
RC6 - Two solutions allowed to account for Skew Bridge in 0898, where you appear to turn right half way across the bridge!
